ENCODE-IT empowers 60 low-skilled women by equipping them with essential digital literacy and basic coding skills, opening real pathways to employment in the IT sector. More than a training program, it’s a step toward closing the digital divide and promoting gender equality in digital transformation.
🔗 We’re also upskilling 20+ education and social service professionals to ensure ongoing, community-based support for digital inclusion — because sustainable change needs a support network.
