At ENCODE-IT, we believe that digital skills = empowerment — and we’re taking action to make that belief real for women across Europe.
Here’s what we’ve been up to:
👩💻 A1: Interactive Coding Modules
We are developing 6 user-friendly coding modules — designed to make coding accessible, practical, and engaging for anyone starting from scratch.
💡 A2: Virtual Bootcamp
We will deliver an intensive training to 60 low-skilled women across Portugal, Belgium, and Turkey. In just a few immersive sessions, participants gain essential coding skills — building confidence and competence for today’s digital world.
🌍 A3: International IDEATHON
Don’t miss — a 3-day hackathon connecting women with professionals from tech and social innovation. Together, they’ll co-create solutions for digital inclusion and sustainability. It’s more than a learning event — it’s a launchpad for impact.
📍 Hosted in Belgium during the 13th month of the project, this final phase will showcase the skills, ideas, and transformation achieved through ENCODE-IT.
